Darco Water Technologies Limited1 is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is organized into three segments: EW Systems, WM Services and trading. EW Systems designs, fabricates, assembles, installs and commission engineered water systems for industrial applications. WM Services is engaged in services and maintains product water and wastewater systems. Trading is engaged in trades and supplies chemicals, electrical controls and related instruments used in water treatment systems. In December 2007, Darco Engineering Pte Ltd (DEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, announced that it acquired Darco Engineering (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Challenge Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., Darco Environmental (Philippines) Inc. and PT Darco Indonesia.
