Bright Orient (Holding) Ltd. (BOHL) is the holding company of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Best Deal Enterprise Limited and Shenzhen Fengdan Industrial Co., Ltd., and a 65%-owned subsidiary, Xingtai Season Wind Garments Co., Ltd. The Company is principally engaged in contract manufacturing of apparel, ties and scarves. Its apparel includes men's fashion wear, such as shirts, trousers and jackets. Its ladies wear collection includes dresses, blouses and jacket suits, and school uniforms for primary and high school children in schoold in Shenzhen city. BOHL's scarves are primarily sewed manually and it manufactures ties for retails/brands, such as Marks & Spencer, Next, Debenhams, BHS and Littlewoods. The Company also manufactures apparels for various international brands, such as BEBE, MNG and ELLE.
