Alantac Technology Ltd is engaged in the provision of precision machining services and contract manufacture of precision machining parts and components, assembly, integration and commissioning of semi-automated lines. The Company operates through its subsidiary, Alantac Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Alantac Technology Ltd operates through two divisions: Turnkey projects, in which the Company procures materials, provide precision machining and the assembly, integration and commissioning of semi-automated lines, and Consignment projects, in which the Company provides precision machining services. The Company principally operates in Singapore, People Republic of China and Europe. On January 18, 2007, the Company acquired Getech Industries Pte Ltd, which is engaged in the aluminium die-cast mould making and aluminium die-cast manufacturing. In September 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of an 85% interest in Jep Precision Engineering Pte Ltd.
