Advance Modules Group Limited1 (Advance Modules) specializes in providing and value-added memory products solutions. It is principally engaged in the manufacture of a range of memory modules and flash memory products under original equipment manufacturers, as well as its own brands,which are marketed under Advance Modules, AM Plus+ and AMV. In addition, Advance Modules has its own itegrated crcuit (IC) packaging facility that is used in the production of its memory products. The memory modules manufactured by Advance Modules are suitable for use in personal computers, laptops, office servers and workstations, while the flash memory products are used in digital cameras, mobile phones and moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) players. Its products are marketed worldwide particularly in the Asia Pacific region, the Americas and Europe. As of November 12, 2007, Pen-Interconnect Sdn Bhd held a 49.9% stake in the Company.
