Ban Leong Technologies Limited and its subsidiaries are engaged in the wholesale and distribution of computer peripherals, accessories and other multimedia products. The Company is organized into three business segments: multimedia, data storage and information technology (IT) accessories. Multimedia products category primarily consists of audio and visual IT products, such as speakers, liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, graphic cards, moving picture experts group layer-3 audio MP3 players and sound cards. Data storage products include products that are used in the storage of data, such as tape storage, hard disk drive (HDD) cases, Blu-ray and digital versatile disk - read only memory (DVD-Roms). IT Accessories consists of personal computer (PC)-related accessories, such as mice, keyboards and networking products, such as switches, routers and wireless cards. In May 2006, the Company acquired 25% shareholding in an Australian distributor, Audion Innovision Pty Ltd.
