CapitaMall Trust Management Limited1(the Trust) is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest in income producing real estate, which is used for retail purposes. The Trust's main business segments are Tampines Mall, Junction 8, Funan DigitaLife Mall, IMM Building, Plaza Singapura, Bugis Junction, other investment properties, and the Trust and its investees' share in RCS Trust-Raffles City.
The Trust and its investees' operations are primarily in Singapore except for one of its associates, where operations are in China. It also has a 27.2% interest in CapitaRetail Singapore Limited (CRS), a private retail property fund sponsored by CapitaLand Limited. CRS owns three suburban malls in Singapore. It is managed by an external manager, CapitaMall Trust Management Limited. On September 1, 2006, the Trust acquired a 40% stake in Raffles City.

- September 18, 2008 - CMT Management CEO Pua Seck Guan resigns3 - CAPITAMALL Trust Management Ltd (CMTML), manager of CapitaMall Trust (CMT), has announced the resignation of Pua Seck Guan as CEO, director and member of the executive committee. Mr Pua, who has been with CapitaLand for eight years, will also step down from his position as CEO of CapitaLand Retail Ltd.
