China Fibretech Ltd. is principally engaged in the provision of dyeing and post-processing treatment services for cotton, polyester and mixed-knitted fabrics, such as single and double-sided fabric, poly-cotton fabric, mesh, roma fabric, lace, velvet, flocked fabric and polar fleece fabric. The Company's dyeing and post-processing treatment services are provided by its subsidiaries, Shishi Simwa Knitting and Dyeing Co., Ltd (Shishi Simwa) and Xiamen Sunny Dyeing and Printing Co., Ltd. (Xiamen Sunny).
Shishi Simwa is primarily engaged in the dyeing and post-processing treatment of polyester fabrics, and Xiamen Sunny provides services and treatment for cotton fabrics. Xiamen Sunny also processes and treats mixed fabrics. The Company also provides post-processing treatment to impart special functionalities, such as water and fire-resistance, ultra-violet protection, moisture wicking, anti-static and anti-bacterial properties and to produce velvet and polar fleece fabric.

- October 4, 2008 - China Fibretech sees resilient textile market2 - China Fibretech says it sees a 14 per cent rise in net profit this year on firm sales orders, despite tough times for the global economy. The China-based firm, which dyes and processes fabric, said its biggest market was domestic and that Chinese demand for its services was resilient to any global economic downturn. 'We are positive about growth - I guess we should be able to maintain the growth momentum demonstrated in the first half of 2008,' chief financial officer Kek Poh Hean said in an interview yesterday.
