The G. K. Goh Holdings Group originated from the creation by Mr Goh Geok Khim in 1979 of a Singapore stockbroking company. When G. K. Goh Holdings Ltd was listed on the Singapore stockmarket in 1990, its businesses comprised solely stockbroking companies operating in South East Asian markets. As the business grew, investments were made in related financial services and business outsourcing companies.2
