St James Pte Ltd

St James Pte Ltd is a partnership between FJD Pte Ltd (a joint-venture between Dennon Entertainment Pte Ltd, a private vehicle controlled by Dennis Foo, and SGX-listed F J Benjamin Holdings Ltd); EK Capital Pte Ltd, a private investment vehicle associated with Jopie and Daniel Ong; and Breadtalk Ltd, a Sesdaq-listed company.

We are also famous for being the operator of St James Power Station, Singapore's largest one-stop entertainment hub, which opened in late 2006. Occupying the premises of Singapore's first coal-fired power station built in 1927, the 60,000ft2 heritage building that houses St James underwent a massive $43 million makeover that began in 2004. The result is a trendy nightlife destination that boasts nine distinct outlets, each with its own exclusive theme, from world music and jazz to contemporary dance and mando-pop.

Helming this entertainment juggernaut are industry icons Dennis Foo and Andrew Ing, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively. Nightlife industry veteran Dennis Foo, who used to run Europa, and Andrew Ing, Zouk's former marketing manager, bring years of invaluable experience to this venture. Despite this fact, much research and strategic planning was executed to ensure St James Power Station's success. The following are just some of the reasons behind St James' meteoric rise.
